Along with our new website is a new procedure for on-line registration.  Registration should be quick and simple. Here’s the 411……………

On-line entry fee:  $25 per class
At the door entry fee: $35 per class

You can only register one racer, and one event per payment.  The payment-registration page is short and sweet.  You enter a few basic pieces of info and make your payment and you’re done.

Most importantly, you will need to bring your ORDER SUMMARY (PRE-REGISTRATION RECEIPT) with you to the event, to registration, as proof of your payment.  This is just like any other event you would buy a ticket for, you need proof of your purchase.

You will now be required to complete your own entry form (and minor release form for racers under 18 years of age).   You can either download and print it right from our website, or fill one out at the registration office once you arrive at the event. 

Once you make your way to the registration table, just give the name of the racer you registered on-line, provide your payment receipt, hand in your entry form (and minor release form if applicable) and you are now ready to go.

Make sure you have all the required documentation for entering a minor racer (anyone under 18 years of age)..You can find all the requirements under “the latest dirt from Cycle City”, under the “Requirements for minors” heading.

The deadline to register on-line will now be the THURSDAY prior to the event you are entering.  The cut-off is 10 p.m. Thursday. If you register on-line after that time, your receipt will NOT be accepted at registration, you will have to pay full price for that event and use your registration for a future event. There will be NO exceptions to this policy. 

On-line registration is provided to you as a way to save you money.  You will save $10 per class per event.  On-line entry fee is $25 per class (it’s $35 per class at the door)

“At the door” registration for most Saturday events will begin at 9 a.m.   Events with Friday night racing and Sunday racing will have different start times, please check under the “schedule” link for specifics on the event you are attending.
