IN AMARILLO, TEXAS AT THE AMARILLO NATIONAL CENTER

It is STRONGLY recommended that you pre-register for this event.  You can pre-register on-line until 5:00 p.m. Thursday night or you can register at the event facility on Friday night from 5-7 p.m.  By pre-registering you save money and time in line, and you will be eligible for some amazing prizes...That's right, the prizes are back!!!  Everyone who pre-registers will be put into a drawing for free entry fee's, free pit passes, and free t-shirts.  Names will be drawn on Friday night after pre-registration and the winners names will be posted and entry fee's will be refunded to the winners and pit passes will be awarded or refunded if already purchased....GOOD LUCK.....

Look for our new link titled "NEW POLICIES" to be coming soon.  It will explain some new policies and procedures that Cycle City will be following beginning in Albany this November.  Things to look for; "minor racer"  policies and procedures will be strictly enforced (it is already a very strict policy), pre-registered racers will be following a different procedure (downloading and completing their entry form and  minor release form (if applicable) and bringing the completed forms along with their paypal receipt  to the event with them, Entry fee and pit pass information, at the door pricing versus on-line pricing, and more.....

 MINOR'S RACING

Cycle City Promotions has had specific policies in force, regarding minor's racing our events, for nearly a year.  Please read these policies (at the end of this home page) and make sure that you have followed the procedures for your child.  We don't want to have to upset a child or parent or grandparent by enforcing these policies "on the spot", however we must abide by these rules very specifically.  If you come to a race with a child who is not your own child, or who has a different last name than yours, you must show proof of guardianship or have a parent letter notarized and attached to a completed entry form (completed by the parent).  An example of proof  of guardianship might be an insurance card with both your child's name and your name on it.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
