PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT....
Any racer found taking more than their alloted practices, which is generally one (1) per racer per bike, will be subject to immediate disqualification.
NUMBERS...NUMBERS....NUMBERS......
It is imperative that you understand and abide by the following rules as they will be strictly enforced. ALL racers are required to have 6" numbers on their number plates. PeeWee's can have a 4-5" number. The numbers and background color MUST contrast. You must have either a white background with a black number(s), or a black background with white numbers. Your numbers must be BLOCK style only. No script, scroll or any other fancy font. You MUST have numbers on both sides of your bike. No tape, no paper plates, no marker numbers...Only 6" offical solid (No outline numbers) race numbers. You face the possibility of not being scored if these rules are not followed. For quads, you MUST have a front and rear hang-down plate with the 6" numbers that contrast with the background. You must also have your number on your fenders, both sides. No exceptions will be made.....Please help us make our events more efficient and fair for everyone by following these simple rules. |

PRICING CHANGES
The actual overall price you will pay as a racer will not be going up or going down, the fee structure will be the only thing changing. To streamline our pit gate and registration process on race day, we will now be charging everyone the same price for pit passes. Spectators AND Racers will all pay $15 for a pit pass. Don't panic, the entry fee you pay will go down to compensate for the increased pit pass price. Amateur's will now pay $25 for each class they enter on-line or at Friday night pre-registration and Pro's will now pay $ 35 for each class they enter. Thanks for your patience during this transition. If you have trouble calculating and understaning the changes, please send us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to explain it to you. |

LAST CHANCE QUALIFIERS
Cycle City has always been able to let EVERY racer ride during the main show in front of the spectators, even if it was just an LCQ (last chance qualifier). However, we are now going to have to change that policy. Due to the large racer turnout at most of our shows, it is becoming more and more difficult to keep the Arenacross format at an optimum 2 1/2 hour show. Spectator crowds are not interested in sitting for 3 to 4 hours, no matter how exciting the show is. Therefore, we are now going to be running ALL LCQ's during the day, following heat races. We appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation during this transition in policy and format. |
